Why is there something about what to do if a potion spills and turns someone into a cat? I wouldn't mind being a cat, myself. I'd be able to talk to my mom's cat!
Okay, I think I get this. So, if a spill happens, you should evacuate and let the professionals handle it. If there are no professionals around, what to do is to remember what the potion in question is supposed to do, and find a potion to counteract it.
